 The AHD Sea Lion 7'6; the Nah Skwell NS 7'8, NS 9'6 and NS 10'6 all have metallic inserts for a mast step. I have sailed them all but my fav's are the Sea Lion and the NS 7'8. Sea Lion planes up sooner than the 78, but both are a blast to sail. Kinda like sailing a Frisbee disc...       Later,    JD
