Need noserider shape/size input ...

My fleaweight pal Jimi is looking to get a noserider made locally and would like some design input.  He weighs about 140 lbs, is a medium-advanced SUP rider, and the board would be for use in east coast waves around 3' and under.  (Any bigger and he likes his shortboard ...).

He's thinking 9-6 x 27 or so.  I sent him info about the new takayama of around that size and this is what he came up with.  What do you think?  Thanks!
