Been riding a custom shaped 11' and lookin to play around with the fin set up.
Lookimg to achieve more maneuverability. Currently have thruster setup, two side fins and a large skeg in the middle without much curve to it, more like a keel.  Its actually a 12" seeker. Whats everyone else's set up and fin preference? Just curious.

Are you talking about Flatwater, Waves (size?) there is a lot to do fin wise and you are at an extreme end with a Seeker in a 2+1 set up

Let me know application I'll give you fin suggestions

I changed the 10 1/2" center fin to an 8 1/2" fin in my Naish 11'4" and it loosened it up.. I wouldn't go any smaller.. Also just moving yours forward might help.

I think just leave the side fins in and change the big center fin for something a bit smaller.. Like 8 1/2" or 9".. Something like this 9" fin that I just bought for my Naish Javelin would be perfect.

What kind of fin is that red one dj? Did you find that local or on the net? Thanks

Try increasing the size of the side fins.  It is amazing how much this will increase how the board turns.  Also get a smaller center fin,  8 or 9 inches is good, with a bit more rake.  The combo of bigger side bites and a smaller center fin will loosen up that board and make it feel brand new.

Good luck

What are you doing paddling or surfing? It helps to know the application so the correct recommendation can be made.

My fin is a 'Glide' brand fin and they're hand made by a local guy.. He makes beautiful fins.. All different shapes and styles and so cheap.. I'm sure he'd also do custom orders.

Just following up, thanks for the advice. Switched out the middle fin for somethin a little shorter (9") and more rake. Huge difference in maneuverability!!!. Hadnt been in the water much in the last few weeks, went out today with new set up and I caught some waves. Thanks Again!
