Anyone know how much EPS blanks cost and where to get them in Hawaii (wide enough for stand ups)?

I found these.  (link above) I was considering trying to shape a board for the fun of it, but i have zero idea how to do it.  My dad use to shape surfboards occasionally back in the day and we thought it might be a fun project together?   But w/ the newer materials, it all sounds greek to him and for me, it's even worse.
