Training plans?

Hi,

are there SUP-training-plans out there?
I'm 48 years old, paddling 2-3 three time a week (in all conditions a coast can offer).
Mostly (if do not SUP-surfing) I paddle 1-1,5 hours with a constant, high intensity.
For the next year, I plan to participate in races (technical and long distance) and I want to be prepared as good as possible :-)

It's a paid option, but James has SUP course training plans in his club. He will also analyze any video you get each week and make sure you're meeting your goals.
