Getting out in low tide rocks with shore break

Besides being much stronger and less likely to rip out and cause a bladder explosion, tieing the leash to the handle makes the wing behave a lot better when it's wobbling around at the end of the leash. I wouldn't rely on it to fly the wing while you swim--it's not that much better, it can still flip.
Foote 10'4X34", SIC 17.5 V1 hollow and an EPS one in Hood River. Foote 9'0" x 31", L41 8'8", 18' Speedboard, etc. etc.

If it flies LE down in the water and a wave hits it will likely burst...better try in flat water first :)
