April Chesterman Beach TOFINO

Good session. A bit wobbly on my 8’7” Creek. Great to be out in the waves! No idea who the little dog was. If you look there are cormorants on one of the islands and some geese in the sky flying south. Not much of a lineup. A bit choppy and lots of currant.

For future reference, you can also hit "MODIFY" in the top right hand corner of your post. I think it's there for an hour.

I loved your video...for many reasons! First the glassy crumblers and that cool board you're on! Ridin' it beautifully too!  foAlso that dreamy music combined w/the slo-motion clips really made me drift off! Especially liked the woman goin for the late drop. She did that so well. And lastly the great performance you got from the SS3. Nice to see some stellar results. I've been drawn to Tofino in my surf travel dreams. It just seems like a cool destination, and I did hit Nova Scotia so it would be cool to see "The other side".

Your positive comments are much appreciated. I have learned so much watching and reading the posts on this forum. The shared stoke for all things surf related is impressive. Cook your return posts are fantastic! Great to see you are back on the water. You had mentioned you liked the music on the video. This is from the 2017 Album “Otherness” by Grayson Gilmour. He is our kiwi “nephew in-law”. The entire album is very etherial and dream like. Well worth a listen. Some of my best sessions have been ones where I am relaxed and his songs are running through my mind as I am catching waves.
