One Sore Puppy

I went over the handlebars hard today. It happened so fast I'm not really sure what went on. I didn't hit anything but I generally ache everywhere. I've got a little ding in my board--a puka on the bottom fat away from anything--no clue what the source was. It's all a bit mystery.

On the plus side I got a heck of a good ride today--easily 100 maybe 200 yards up high on the foil, drifting left and right (hard to call it turning). Tried a little weenie version of pumping when it threatened to drop down and got another 100 feet.

And so it begins. Just like planes, once you get the flying part down it's all about the landing.

I hate it when I get hurt and have no idea how it happened.  I just feel that if I am going to get hurt, God owes me an explanation.
