I just caught the bug this summer and live in Guilford (near New Haven). I don't know anyone local who is into the support and would love to find some buddies to paddle with. Let me know if you are around.

im another ct guy drfierce although im a bit away from guilford over in the eastern side of the state near norwich. still trying to get better at paddling the whole standup thing is new to me ive always paddled laying down and stood up after catching wave lol. so far ive been sticking to the lakes close to me and ive got it down pretty good, i was hoping to try surfing a bit after the labor day crowds head away down in ri.

I'm in the Southington area and usually paddle on local ponds. Mostly Batterson Park in Farmington / New Britain. I'd love to meet up with a bunch of paddlers and just paddle around, practice for races or go surfing.
