What you wear when trunks too cold and 3/2 wetsuit still too warm?

I wear a speedo but i coat myself in bear grease.   . Really though, the NRS rodeo pants and a Patagonia fleece top works well for me.

I recently got an O'Neill 0.5 MM Long Sleeve Springsuit.  I really like it.  It goes on and off in seconds, and it has a low-cut collar which is much more comfortable than a normal back zip wetsuit collar.  I also have a standard 2 MM short sleeve spring and the 0.5 MM suit is fine for wind chill and sun as long as it isn't too cold.  It doesn't heat up too much if you're not falling in. 

Plus it's only 100 bucks which is the same as a 1-2 MM long sleeve top.

I usually wear a really old wetsuit.  Old neoprene compresses and does not insulate as well so it works for the in-between days.  Plus the wetsuit has a bunch of holes too.  (High tech ventilation ports, I call them)
