The deck pads arrived and after some cutting ... the design.

Wow, that's one of the nicest looking SUPs I have ever seen.

RAT,  +1 on the beauty of the board.  ..and you added to it with your knife skills.  Who's pad material for the forward section?  Surfco has a clear (not invisible) tail pad.  Its limitation is that it is made of hollow air chambers, an Xacto treatment would ruin it.

rat... you have channeled your inner artist.... you not only maintained the original beauty of the board's graphics.... you improved them! Well done  ;D

Thanks Wetstuff and Supthecreek!  Pad materials are from Northshore, Inc.

That's a really cool pad design on a lovely looking board.
One thing though... Isn't the right pad (the green one) on the left paw print upside down?

Just saying.. ;)

With the 7'7 in the shop and the 8'0 Starboard Pro to the new owner (he really wanted the board and I'm wanting the Hyper Nut or King's Wedge), I took out the Sidewinder for the first time in months.  Being used to the shorter and narrower 7'7, the Sidewinder seemed "huge."  She's still so much fun.  The last ride on the Starboard Pro.
