Ed Angulo 8'10" Custom with CorVac Lamination HERE!

My new Ed Angulo custom 8'10" x 31" x 3 75" x 127 liters with the Cannibal proprietary CorVac lamination was delivered to the Pumphouse.

Came with a crunched nose but as I used to do shipping ding repairs wasn't a big deal. Fix the ding, get some model paint to match, put on the pad, and install small quads. Pray for surf!

Small waves yesterday on the Cape revealed the new East Coast Rocker has produced a much faster board than his earlier designs. Easy to turn, fun, fun, fun.

Today in RI at first had a great time in small stiff offshore conditions. Made some late drops from the stomper - even got some props from the kids on their short boards. Imagine a geezer turning a sup from the tail.

Will tell more when I know more!

Board and Biggie looked good today in RI, some waist high waves and saw a few nice rides. Board definitely has some serious potential for some bigger surf !

I surfed with mrbig on the maiden voyage of the Angulo/Cannibal hybrid Monster, and the reports are true! Many waves were caught with ease and a very smooth looking mrbig was observed gliding and turning and cutting back like he had been riding the new stick forever. It was a perfect little wave to test a new board with warm water and air and no crowds, so a very good start! If I had to predict, I would say this may be the go to board in the now famous and "Massive" mrbig Quiver.

I gave this board a long look, turning it over and over, eying the lines, feeling the rails etc....
I gotta say.... this board is really impressive!
And I believe this one is my size..... so a water-swap demo is on my list!!!

I think Biggie and Ed knocked it out of the park on this one! Very cool!

I just got my new 8'4" Angulo in the water this week also!
A little more rocker than my last one also, it is very loose!
If we are ever in the same area, we can do a board swap. I just saw Creek's old Hobie Raw board in action on the same day, I might have to swap Dale on that one too!
We can pass me up and down the coast!😎

Fanman, Great to hear from you. Your original thread brought the Ed shape, CorVac lamination combo to my attention..We will share some waves in Jersey, Ditch plains, Jones, RI, or even here. I have heard there are great golf courses in my neighborhood!
