C'mon...I expected to hear rants and raves
This weekend was VERY good if you could mix tide, wind and direction

I had some September like bombs except for the short period, but i was not on the Cape, and was chasing it hard... First time since last fall that i spent all day in the water.

Course, no pics so it didn't happen
Too many for the rack
Some in the shack
Some under decks
Some have straps

Best... was last nite's Sunset Session... everyone left but Brendan & I... it got sweet and zippy, shoulder high at dusk... pic does't do justice.
Wish I had a camera out there... the sunset from the line-up was spectacular.

My other eye is on the Cam for a Nooner... it ain't over yet ;D

Early week... there was a lot of great paddling... Starting last Sunday---->

Not a ton of size on the South Shore but I had it to myself on Sunday morning for almost two hours. Thigh..a few waist & glassy with a sweet sunrise.  Pictures wouldn't have done it justice.

Looks like some swell hanging around all week! ;D
Whatever floats me

Waist to chest and glassy at Newport yesterday for a couple hours, some occasional head high sets rolling in. Then the wind shifted and it got bumpy. Fun rides to be had for sure.

Ooooh. A-frames. Love them. The lefts look better than the rights, but you can't have everythin'.

More today... "Weed" came down and got a photo session in. Wind was not perfect, but the waves were bumpy fun.

At dead high tide, the wind went straight offshore and it cleaned up... I was too done in from "balancing the bumps" all afternoon.... I was standing on the beach for a while talking to a friend, and for 20 minutes, a bunch of freak sets came in... "Water-kook" got a couple of well overhead waves and was ripping up the rights.... and me without my camera & Weed had folded up his gear.

After changing, I fired off a few shots before going home to pass out.

#1 - is just a pretty afternoon shot

#2 - Phil Clarke from Nauset Sports, enjoys high tide and a thinned out crowd

On my way back to work last night, I saw Picasso in his Tundra going in a general northerly direction.  The board strapped on top looked like a Starboard.  Could it have been another demo?

The Kook, the Painter and who was the other guy with very short / no hair seemed to be the big boys on Sunday.  Kind of a a$$ kick'n but decent.
