New Naish
« on: April 12, 2014, 10:48:48 AM »
Just unpacked the new 11 4 Nalu and it is a beauty...nice to have a longboard back again and can't wait to get it wet. Back to a two board quiver and with the JP 8ft 8 I have it all covered.

The Naish carry handle is great....BIG ledge handle nice and deep. Will be ditching the stock sidebites as they are too big and reckon I will be opting for a 10 inch Greenough or Rainbow MD3 to surf it single fin.

Happy boy!

Get yourself a camera and take some flat-water shots in your neighborhood... it would be nice to see that beautiful area from the water :D

Great board! You're stoked.......
It's not overhead to me!
8'8" L-41 ST and a whole pile of boards I rarely use.

STC - nice short vid from a few mins further down the coast where I surf. Great wee place but gets busy and not one I go to much....leave this place alone with my SUP....unless it is small and quiet.

Thanks Coldy... that was great....nice break. The guy on the Tomo was ripping.  That's a beautiful  and interesting coastline.... looks like there would be SUP breaks everywhere, if you paddle around a few corners. No surfers to contend with then ;)

Keep us in the loop!

Tried the new Naish with a good centre single fin and seems to be working better I think. Waves were very slack today and waist high at very most. The board catches waves ridiculously easy....like cheating. Very stable and a big board feeling. You have to nurse it on the turns.....not that lively but need to try it on better waves. Good so far.....reckon it will take me a while to dial it in...too used to a small board  :)
