Aloha, SUPers of world.

I have some questions. In a weak moment I sold my beloved 9'0'' to move towards the x32 Hokua lineup.
I also I guess somewhat accidentally sold my wifes 8'10 mana.
I need one to replace the mana..to avoid divorce...my wife likes to paddle the flats..if it could double as my big wave board that would be awesome. I am not sure if the x32 actually fits that category. The 9'0'' is such a nice allround all wave type of board.

I am considering getting rid of my 7'2'' custom simmons sup, and my 7'6'' Hokua...

I want to end up with 2 or 3 boards.
Right now I am 200lb. I will be 185lb by May.

Here are my options.
Hokua LE x32 8'3'' (I am worried the 7'10 is too small to paddle in the flats for my wife..and the 8'10 x32 is too big IMO).
Hokua LE 7'6''
Mana 8.5

I am thinking of getting a Hokua LE 7'6'' to replace the 7'6'', but it should be even lighter...which appeals to me....but now I will not really have SUP boards for bigger waves..that said I will probably not go in super big surf anyways. Double to triple overhead has been my limit in the past. Most commonly I'd say shoulder to about a bit overhead.

Anyone have any thought on choices here? I have not been in out in a while...and I have not had a chance to demo these boards...

Lol, it is a fun and beautful little board. Looks like a classic sim even with custom made fins (longboard box).
Thick and stable, but a bit close to my hokua in terms of the takeoff. To be honest I have not taken it out enough since I have been buried indoors for about 7 months.

How about replacing your wifes Mana with the Hokua LE 8'10 x 27 3/4"? That should be light, paddle better than the Mana and serve as a big wave board for you.  ;D
All the best

The 8.3 x32 is nice, not so much a flat water unit. My vote go for the new 8.5 mana GT, very impressed with this for 2014.

so how about the 8'5 mana + 7'10'' x32? Could be a good combo?
