it probably work if you get one of this:

Very cool! Prob would just get a used golf cart for the cost of one of those though.

SB, The company probably closed up after the first letter from a customer's lawyer asking for damages.  The first time the boards tilted about 15deg off center, the bottom, tire fulcrum shifts to a central pivot as the rider (stuck straddling the bike) attempts to save it... CRASH, rails busted to chit.  ...'but the foist problem, how do you load it?  Cute image.

Nice! That would work great with my iSUP to just ride up bike path, lock bike and do river run. I have also seen some that attach board to the side of bike, which would be safer with a lower center of gravity which Wetstuff is talking about.

so no wheelies?  ;) maybe if they comes with a wheel bar, it will make it safer.

I think it's a cool idea, though I wouldn't attempt it on a bike any less robust than this one:

I think Wetstuff is right, if you are so unfortunate as to hit the tipping point there will be MUCH collateral damage. It also does not inspire confidence that their website, ACGSURFRACKS.COM, appears to have gone poof!  :o

I did a rack like that for my trike, I still have the parts. The front mount was a clamp on the recumbent boom, that rotated too easily. the rear mounts were two bicycle dogbones that clamped onto carbon fiber Ke Nalu shafts--some defective ones we caught. When the warehouse shop is up and running and I have my TIG set up, I plan to do another one, only this will be welded aluminum or chrome moly. It will also serve as a sort of roll bar.

My experiments with Lithium Polymer batteries have yielded a modular battery pack with more power in less space at less than half the weight of my LiFe batteries. I think with the new battery pack I'll be able to do the century ride I did last year up Mt. Hood without stopping to recharge batteries. My 48V 40AH pack weighs 60 pounds, my new 56V 60AH pack weighs 35. Of course if you charge it improperly it catches fire and melts the bike, but that's the price of progress.
