CCBC 2013 Registration and other stuff

I live in Hawaii but am in the Northeast for the summer and will be in the area when the CCBC race happens in August.  The website to register has been down so I was wondering if that is because registration is no longer open or maybe something else.

The event looks like a lot of fun and I'd love to get into it.  If I can get registered I need to find a board to use as my 14 ft is back on Oahu.  Anyone know any shops between Rhode Island and Cape Cod that do rentals or demos?  Or is anyone willing to let me borrow a board for that weekend?
