I love glass as well.  My second favorite after strong tailwinds.  Everything in between is not so inspiring.  Those pics were inspirational.  Thanks

This morning I noticed all of my turning islands looked closer than normal.  As I passed them and looked back, they didn't recede - they were still there. It was spooky and serene.  It felt like some portal was being offered.

All of Vancouver is like that today.  Makes the normal wet and grey vanish from memory.

That is beautiful!  Today in So. Cal we have cloudy skies and wind, with the possibility of rain. You just never know.

Absolutely gorgeous. I would love to paddle in the shadow of mountains.
Semper Fi!

It's simple, either you get the wave or the wave gets you.

I think everyone has posted how I feel. I need to really get up to BC soon!!! Gorgeous!

Another Sunday Morning, about 15km North from the last series, weather more typical for around there.

The cliffs with the blaze of yellow green lichen glows eerily.  The photo's don't do it justice.

Amazing how glass that water is!
