Future Proner - New sponge

As I've mentioned before, I respect the opinions and knowledge of those who came before me and so after moving from flat water to the surf, I've gone back to pick up what I missed. I've body surfed and built and rode a Paipo. I'm now "up" to longboarding.

I've been working on my prone paddling skills and this weekend I bought a $75 Wavestorm off craigslist and will now be terrorizing my local lineup while furiously windmilling into the knee high surf.

I hope none of you damn sweepers drop in on me.

Fellow paipo rider here, welcome to the heard. I ride it all...hand plane, bodyboard, paipo (i have two) and a longboard. Soon (next wk) a SUP. With my lineup I can pretty much go to the water and have a good time.

You on mypaipoboards by any chance?

Man, I'm not on that site but I checked out a bunch when I was looking at building one.

I need to get/build a handplane too, and then an alaia...

Honestly, it's crazy but I probably would never have surfed at all if not for SUS. It's really changed my life for the better.
