Interesting. It looks like he must have a simple steadicam at the top of that pole. I need to try that. I have a new iteration of my pole cam that I'm ready to test. One problem I was trying to solve was to be able to have a tall pole at the front of the board that wouldn't kill me or break off if I fell into it. I tried using a windsurfing mast universal but it's too unstable. My new approach uses my fishing rig to stabilize it.
