Thinking about a camera and came across this case for an iPhone

That looks really cool and the mounting system looks pretty well thougt out. But you have to consider the replacement cost of your iPhone + the outride case, including set up time vs the cost of a dedicated camera.  I just broke an FCS plug, GoPro mount this weekend and came close to losing my camera.

As an alternative, I also do like my Lifeproof case.
