Wow - went and saw Journey (with Loverboy and Night Ranger) last night. 

Arnel Pineda is amazing.  Close your eyes and it's 30 years ago with Steve Perry. 




And tonight Paul McCartney - - it's a good 24 hours for music way up here in Canuck land!

Saw Peter Gabriel's - "So 25th Anniversary" concert last month here in Santa Barbara's outdoor venue...original band members (minus Kate Bush)...phenomenal is an understatement...

I am going to be in SB sometime in the new year with my family - for a Powell tour / thing.   We should hook up for a paddle and dinner.

I saw many a great show at the Santa Barbara County Bowl. One of the best was King Sunny Ade, who must have had 20 people in his band!

Just in from seeing Paul McCartney. Absolutely amazing show. Played for 3 hours straight. Pretty dam good for a 70 year old!
