Come meet up with our local SUP racers as they set up Race Training events every other Wednesday at Ft Lauderdale Beach on the Strip.  Get some fitness training in while chasing them around on their work outs on land and water.  Meet the featured racers to get some tips or just come hang out to check out the latest toys.
