The two video clips show the SUP wave at Charles City, Iowa at 2 different flows.  Unlike the videos of already skilled whitewater SUP surfers doing nifty things, these clips show the initial experiences of whitewater kayakers trying out the various Badfish SUPs.

For anyone interested in getting into whitewater SUP surfing from whitewater kayaking, I hope the videos indicate how easy it is to make progress toward SUP surfing with the Badfish SUPs.

The first video clip shows my first river experiences with the Badfish MVP-S and small River Surfer.

The second video clip comes from my second river SUP surfing outing with all three Badfish designs and includes the first river SUP surfing outings of two other whitewater kayakers.  Because I only had a couple of SUP paddles, we also messed about with hand paddles and a kayak paddle.

Forgot to include with the video clips:

The first surfing shown is on the MVP-S after about 40 minutes of play.  The end three bits on the River Surfer are my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd attempts with the River Surfer.

The flow was 890 to 810 cfs throughout the day of the first video clip.

The flow was 480 to 460 cfs throughout the day of the second video clip.

Happy to see that the MCIT is surfable. Got to try that with mine.

Looks fantastic!

That River Surfer looks tricky in the eddies!

I love the look of the MVP :)
