ROBB

I am coming to the Cape Friday and wanna get a long paddle in.....where are some good locations etc.......Thanks Rob

Bklyn2Oahu

There's tons of good scenic places to paddle, the thing to consider is where the favorable winds are and access to the water and parking.

I ran into ROBB at West Bay in Osterville Sunday. Met ROBB, his son and dad all nice people. ROBB had a sweet looking BARK which he did an around Oyster Harbors loop of 5.3 miles I think. I wouldn't know my goal was to make it to the sandbar without my feet getting numb. Every time out feet are getting better plus water is warm enough to go bare foot.

Weed...next time I am up there we should hookup....how did the paddle go yesterday....mess me your phone ....gr8 meeting you....

Paddle went good feet are still getting numb but not as fast. Used my knee brace that seemed to help, didn't fall in once. Then again, I didn't break any distance record either. I'm only a few miles from West Bay, I'm in W. Hyannisport. I'll PM you my number. Give me a shout when your in the area.

Weed,
We should hook up sometime. I'm also in W Hyannisport.  Board is being repaired hopefully back by next weekend.

I PM'd Robb my number but haven't heard back from him. I believe ROBB lives in Connecticut but his folks have a place on the Cape. Not sure how often he gets up here.

Sounds like you have been putting on the milage. I'm debating about dumping my gas guzzler.

I'd really like to start a weekly Wednesday or Thursday night SUP Race Series on Cape.

I have not put much thought into it but with more and more folks on the Zone from Cape i figure it could catch on.  Anyone else interested? input? locations?

That would be fun. I'd get down as often as possible. Could mix it up too. If it's windy, a downwind race... ;D
