Adding tie downs to a sup?

I'm interested in doing some touring with my sup and would like some tie down points on the front to bungee drybags and such. I'd like to do something permanent.

Are there glass in eyelits available? I was thinking something along the lines of drilling a hole in the board filling it with resin and inserting a eyelit.

If not what is out there that works well? Anyone done something like this yet?

Thanks
Danny

mouse over the leash plugs and select the glue-on type. $3.00 each. Don't waste money on the kit.

I used 5 minute epoxy to stick these to my deck. Scuff the bottom before sticking. 1/8" bungee cord fits through the hole.

You can see them installed here.
