Fin Set Up

I have a 10.5 Starboard Drive and an 8.10 Staboard Widepoint.  I'm outfitting them with Protecks and was wondering what size the two side fins should be (both running as Tris); my options are: 1) 4x3.75 / 102 x 95 or 2) 4.5 x4.3 / 115x110?  Do I use the bigger or smaller fins?
