Does anyone know who makes these soft grip T handles....or who sells them?

Quick Blade. I know they offer them as upgrades for their paddles, not sure if they have them available by themselves. I have one and love it.

surfcal

I get them from Jimmy Terrell from Quick Blades I sell them for aboput $10

Thanks guys.

Also just wondering...Are they symetrical..or asymmetrical.

Would they work on a flat blade paddle and feel the same from both sides?

Funny I just saw this post.  Just the other day I was thinking, OK my windsurf booms have a nice soft grip on them,,,why not my paddle?  So I went googling and was getting read to by some boom grip when I found some smaller sections just for paddleboards.  About time.....eh !!!
I love the Kialoa but the T-Handle isn't no where as comfortable as my ergonomic Whiskeyjack.  Don't really notice it unless you go for a long workout paddle and then you notice the numbness in your hand where the pressure from the paddle hits...........You would of thought this would of bee the standard right off the bat.  Oh well....one step at a time.

I really like the soft cover EVA grip on that paddle.  It feels comfortable, just like the bar on my kiteboarding kite.  I think it's symmetrical but could be wrong.  I think Wet Feet Hawaii also sells them.

Thanks guys for the info...I'd love to put one on my Naish adjustable...I've noticed that Robby and many other Naish guys are using them on their Naish alloy paddles.

They've gotta be better than the standard welded metal grip.

BTW...surfcal (Bob from Mission Surf) is sending me one to try...Thank heaps..and what a nice guy..also a good reason to buy from his shop.. :D

Do stop by his shop! Aside from carrying our paddle covers, I am trying to get my financial institutional where I spend alot of my 'working hours' at to have him host a team building event for my employees on stand up surfing.  When the big bossman got word of Bob's shop he was pretty stoked at what he has done for the community.  Amidst of the goofy wierd rumblings of banks and the economy, it is good to know that when something happens the bank will support local merchants to develop economic stimulus to those who support our communities.  ;D

It is symmetrical. I like the padded t grips. If i wasn't hooked on my Malama paddle (it's just really easy on my shoulders) I'd probably figure out some way to make the grips on my Quickblade replaceable so I could use the padded palm grip for distance and the T for surfing. You wouldn't think it would make that much difference but I like the way a T grip feels when I'm surfing.

The Werner paddle is another nice handle, it's fatter than the standard QB T grip but it still gives you that clear paddle control that a T grip seems to impart.

Thank you guys for the kind words.  I will do all I can do to make SUP an enjoyable pastime.  I would like to see some sort of a riders association that could help out with the foreseeable politics that will creep in to our sport as well as promoting and educating our future riders

The UK has an Association like that.

But then they are the forefathers of bureaucracy  ;D

Today I got my new soft T grip in the mail..Thanks again Bob (from Mission Surf).

It didn't take me long to fit it to my Naish adjustable paddle that I made..I was a perfect fit.

It turns out that it is an asymmetrical shape after all..It feels real good in the hand..I'll test it out tomorrow.

Here's a few pictures.

Iv'e been using the ergonomic, soft T grip since QB came out with them and they are the best feeling. Not sure if Dave Chun of Kialoa paddles has them, but love his paddles too.
