Pros: Great blend of stability and glide, yet surfs amazing
Cons:
Rider Height: 5\' 11"
Rider Weight: 220 lbs
Rider Ability Level: average
Typical Water Conditions: knee high to overhead

I was looking for an all around board to surf small summer waves in Waikiki and along the south shore. I wanted something that paddled well and was stable for down wind runs and longer distance paddling. I wanted something that had these characteristics and still surfed well. This board exceeded my expectations in every way.

I don't know how Blane does it but he shaped this board with a perfect blend of stability and surf-ability.

The first day out on this board, I was surfing 8-10 ft faces on the North Shore. The next day, I surfed waist high hollow rights over shallow reef. I've surfed a variety of waves now and it continues to be a fun board. It think if you are have the basics down this would be an awesome all arounder.

In both situations this board was so much fun and worked so well. Blane really knows how to make SUBs that work.
