What an awesome place for a distance paddle.  Paddling around the entire island of Kauai is on my bucket list.

Does anybody know a shop in Kauai where you can rent race SUPs?

This is some premium real estate.  I would love to paddle this coastline.   Some Maui paddlers are interested in joining in on relay teams if anyone has a board/boat setup and they want to split costs.

There are a few places on the way there.

Froggy's (? is that it?) in Kapa'a I believe rents.

Titus's shop in Hanalei has boards I believe. And then there's the place at the pier in Hanalei, but I'm not sure if they are just for the bay or if you can travel.

Can a local back this stuff up a bit? I'll be there for Thanksgiving week and I'll need a rental for the week too.

I am so jealous of the guys and girls who will run that tomorrow. Have a ball.

The Na Pali Paddleboard Race was a great fun.  The winds were good and it is such a beautiful coast it is hard to concentrate on racing.  Next year looks to be even better
