SUP as Triathlon training tool - info needed.

Hi

We have volunteered for the last 3 years as the water safety patrol at a couple of triathlons per year.
While saving people from drowning is a good thing (2 in 3 years) - I would like to try and get more of them into SUP.

Does anyone have any info on using SUP as a training tool that I can use to put together a flyer to give out to all the people at this years events?

Hi Warren,

There is a good video on YouTube featuring Roch Frey, Paul Huddle and Heather Fuhr talking about the benefits of SUP. Heather is a legend in the sport, and 1997 Ironman world champ.
