Pierce says that he keeps in shape by, "Stand up paddle boarding"

I can't wait for it to hit - You tube- Hulu - ETC

 You can tell he is humbled by it as well as STOKED!!!

Was this a recent interview? He has been doing that for years already. He has a house on North Shore of Kauai (by Tunnels I think), and seems really like he caught the bug.

Wasn't DoubleZero recently in the news...something to do with restricting beach access near his property?

Sean Connery probably has it on DVD.

For anyone that missed it -  He rode a tiny wave all the way to the beach, til his fin stuck.  He face planted in about an inch of water.  Absolutely classic.

Ya, tautologies, you're right Brosnan has a place on Kauai; a good buddy's sister lives next door to him, so we sent an issue of Standup Journal to him a few months ago signed "Thanks for letting people know about standup"... hope he got it. He seems genuinely "awed" and fired up over sup.

I know from a reliable source that he truly does love to SUP.
Has boards both in Kauai and at his home in CA as well.

As for the face plant - we all have pulled a few "kook" moves - he just happens to be famous enough that there are cameras around when he does his. 

He talked about doing SUP on Letterman a couple of years ago - he has been "into it" for a while.
