The NOAA Graphical forecast has coverage for all of the US. The interface is a little kludgy though. It's listed as an experimental tool, still in beta I guess. If you click on the graphical forecasts tab it will show a clickable map of the continental US. You need to click on the State/Region link just below the graphical forecasts tab to see Hawaii, Alaska, et al.. Once you are in the zoomed in map you need to click the marine link (upper right corner navigation menu buttons) to get wave heights etc. I've been using it for 3 months and so far its been pretty accurate. Good starting point anyway.
