Cool to see all the new shapes on the way in that core size range.  Should be some fun board swapping coming soon to the lineup.

The website says they'll be available in the US in July, though I didn't see any dimension specs other than the length. Lots of fun sharing boards!

Yes.  As a side note, does anyone know the conversion from Akebonos to Konishikis?  :)

Hi Gav,

The 9'9" is on the right and the 9'4" on the left.

These boards surf amazing- total shortboard surfing.

Will put up some more pics soon.

Look the goods saw one on the weekend really nice finish, seemed to surf really well. Was the 9 4 thruster so a little small for me and i was on my new PSH so did not swap. Volume must be up there as the owner jumped from a 10 ft JL surf straight to the 9 4 with no issues.

Think they are called Shredders over here. Look at the bottom of this page http://www.supsurfaustralia.com/SUP_Stand_Up_Paddle_Boards/Stand_Up_Paddle_Boards.html

Gav,

Here's one of the underside. I'll put a few more up too. Haven't tried the Naish 9'3" so couldn't comment - I will work out the litres of these two for you and put them up in a sec.

Gav,

Here's some volume info for you.

The new 9'4" JL Shredder is 120L and the 9'9" JL Shredder is 135L.

The guy Hilly had a session with came off the JL Surf Series 10'0" which is 135L but he is a flyweight so I don't think the size drop (15L) was that consequential for him.

I am 88kg/194lb and ride the 9'4" Shredder without any problems.
