The Kai Foil is available now but we are still waiting for the Maliko Foil model, that's the one that will be good for downwinders, they should be available soon:

True we have received the first ones..
No boards with the Tuttle Box from Starboard yet.
You will have to have the Tuttle Box Installed..
Placement is critical and a quality installation is a must..

Boxes sold separately.....

What does it weigh? (I estimate 4 lbs)

How much weight does the Tuttle box add to a SUP? (estimate 1.5 lbs)

I was talking with Kai Lenny last week here in Half Moon Bay.  He said "The foil is actually really easy to learn. . . 12" from the tail on his short board 20" back on his downwinder."

I hope I am remembering those figures correctly  :o

Better weight less than 170 pounds.
Foote 10'4X34", SIC 17.5 V1 hollow and an EPS one in Hood River. Foote 9'0" x 31", L41 8'8", 18' Speedboard, etc. etc.

I noticed on their website that the mast length is 24.25 in. I'm not sure I would like that short of a mast. Even for SUSfoiling. Kitefoil masts are typically 40 in long. Slingshot makes short masts for learning(kitefoiling) that people tend to outgrow. Touchdowns are less likely with a longer mast. I'm sure they have reasons why this is but I am curious to hear why they went so short?
