GPS Race Tracking devices and software needed

I had posted about this 2 years ago, but can't seem to locate the post.

Here in Hong Kong we are looking once again for some waterproof GPS location devices for each paddler in a race to wear and be able to live track them during the race, and be able to auto time them. I know there are races that use these around the world, so would be interested again to get an update on any systems being used and where they come from. Any advice is appreciated.

Ive been recommended this company. Motion Dotvision. Anyone had any experience of using them? They did M2O and are also doing the Oxfam Trailwalker 100km event here on Nov 18th
