I took a couple friends out for their first SUP sessions. Kids came longboarding. Last trip before school starts.

Looks like you and your group had some great consistent waves to surf. Wish the waves in my neck of the woods would be as accomodating, but alas, they're not.

I wish!  I chose the song "Looking For a Place to Happen" for a reason on this one.  We did a lot of driving around to try to find something working.  Lots of wind messing things up.  But we found a couple spots that were working OK. Nothing like taking two SUP newbies out into a wind storm!  I owed them both a beer for that one.

The wind is always a wildcard and it isn't just for newbies. Still, I'm sure your newbie friends enjoyed their "initiation" into the world of sup surfing.
