Little Guy
« on: August 27, 2016, 09:04:40 AM »
Looks like I'm headed to being the little guy again, I'm going to have to stop pushing the grandkids around. I learned this lesson once with my younger brothers--brutalized them when they were little, never expecting them to be twice my size. James is already 6'4" or so and still growing, Ian is almost my height and shooting up like a beanpole, the two little guys will probably be bigger than the big guys. Guess I'm going to have to learn to be the nice grandpa.

Impossible to get these loons to paddle seriously--too busy shoving each other off, including me.

I had some clients that I saw as wee children.  Some of them became 6'3" and huge, and I was glad they still liked me when they got big.

It always seems the next generation get a little taller than the previous ones. I chalk it up to genes and a better diet.

Yeah, we were generally in waist deep water, but I realized I needed to be able to swim to catch the thing if they got in trouble or everyone fell off and kicked it. No wind, what little current there was pushed back to the sandbar. Executive decision.

It's an Imagine supzilla that Big Winds rents. Big fun with a bunch of goofs.
