Damn, DJ, there ya go again - up until your video and comments I was perfectly happy with what I've got. Now you say that the Maliko is another level from the Glide 2 and I've already asked the UK distributor when he's gonna get a demo board in (answer: a few weeks yet)... You are BAD for my back balance.

Btw, in that last pic the rocker line of the 2017 Maliko looks different from the 2016 - is that just the angle of the photo?

It's strange that those chines don't slow it down in flat water. Or maybe they do but the Naish team riders are wizards. I'd like to see the 26 Maliko against the 26 Javelin in flat water to see how big the difference is.

And yes, I'd also noticed that the SIC team riders still seem
to be using the X-series rather than the FX. I guess that since the Javelin isn't a full-on piercing displacement bow, the difference in flat water between the Jav and the Maliko might not be as great as between the FX or Bullets and the X-series.
