I love my board....
« on: July 24, 2016, 04:46:37 PM »
At a race last month a professional photographer took this random photo of my unlimited on the beach. It's like a photo of a hot rod. Sexy!

Any great shots of your favorite boards?
It's not overhead to me!
8'8" L-41 ST and a whole pile of boards I rarely use.

The professional photographer took a nice photo of all the boards in a broadside shot. And your unlimited reminds me of a stilleto. So sleek and narrow.

Nice pic TallDude!  8)

This is the only pic I have of my baby, I love my board, Green Water Sports suggested this board when I asked for suggestions on a board for my needs, I'm glad I listened and purchased it! :)

Soaking up the intense July sun at San-O
The fire pit wasn't the only hot thing that day.

this is my favorite.  This board, 14' x 26" Banh Pho,  is 2 years old and absolutely rocks.

I've had a lot of favorite boards over the years but this is my current favorite (and has been for awhile now). 2016 Infinity Whiplash 12'6 x 25. This one has a flat deck, the stock shape of this board has a slightly recessed deck but I like it flat so Dave modified this one for me. I also don't like a center handle so they only installed a side handle. I pretty much keep this board on the van at all times. I can race it, I can paddle distance, I've paddled it downwind, I can surf it, I lead our tours and lessons on it. It's an excellent do-everything board. Very stable despite it being somewhat on the narrow side (I'm 6'0", 185lbs). I have so much fun surfing it that I blew the finbox out a couple weeks ago after getting a little greedy and riding one in too far. So she's been drying out and on the mend for the past week and a half. This pic sums up how much fun I can have on it. The tail is not touching the bottom, neither is my paddle. This is in about 20 feet of water.

OP - nice looking board - but the "professional" photog should have waited until the guy on the right side was gone - or at least not sticking his butt out.   ;D
