Today my Topless Board bag arrived. Works great and fits well. It came just in time to use for my outing today. It is so much more convenient than the board sock I have for the other board. Putting it on and taking it off is much faster. I'm very happy with the product to start.


I'm very happy with the RSPro.


Finally, Pop isn't giving new paddles anymore, but they are shipping me one since it was still on the website a couple of places. They have now removed it with my help in pointing it out. They were very friendly about the situation. They have also fixed the couple of spots that had the board listed at 12'6" instead 12'.  The first version of the board was longer, but they redesigned it.

I don't have a lot of experience to compare this board to, but as of right now I'm happy with it and it certainly seems like it is going to work well for my situation.

Some new companies are fly-by-night things. (Check the eBay listings for paddleboards if you want a list.) Maybe these Pop boards are here to stay. I like the service you got. I also like the nose design. It looks well thought out.

True. I did check into that. They've been selling boards since 2012 and have built up pretty slowly. Does that mean they'll make it long term? No idea!  At this point and time though it was the right board for me.

I've decided to name my board Bono. I was leaning toward Edge, but it just doesn't flow of the tongue the same way.


Anyway, I came up with the name because U2 is a favorite band of mine and they had an album named
Pop... though it wasn't a favorite of mine or most of their fans...

Went to the Dominican Republic for a week on vacation and came home to a very nice, all carbon, adjustable paddle from POP.

I can't wait to try it out this weekend.
