That's pretty gnarly in it's own way.  I bet even be best whitewater kayakers (most of them) would not be able to handle these mellower conditions on a SUP.

For sure. You'd be surprised though, kayakers have all the knowledge of whitewater paddle strokes as well as the ability to read the water. They know where to go and how to get there, they just need to dial in the balance.
