Ohh man haha, I would too! I've only done multi-day WW trips that are raft supported. There are times I'd like to try a self supported trip, but then I remember how good the food and beer is on a raft supported one

My buddy and I are going to do a Flamming Gorge Dam to Browns park this summer, self support, if you want in! We did a two nighter last summer on the North Platte near Encampment and we both realized we can take a LOT more beer. I thought my board would be a tank with that weight but I hardly noticed it at all.

Its amazing how much gear you can put on a board..

Most paddlers in the UK are still in Open Canoes because simply the say - you can't take your  tent and cooking stuff on a  SUP.......

I used a streetfighter and buddy was on a Hala Hoss. I estimate we had about 40-50lbs a piece. I must have got the weighting right because I hardly noticed the difference, if anything it was more stable. Sold the Streetfighter and hopefully will pick up a Firestorm in april, which has tons of storage space. The Hoss could easily have had a cooler, and more gear, thing was a tank! Because its dam controlled, looking to go June/July-ish or when/if wife lets me. haha

Don't need a permit for A, B, C section. Just Lodore down.
