Love this stuff

My late best friend's son started this company, so I got to try some of the prototypes. The sleeves didn't work for me for paddling because they used wrist pulse points and paddling made the cooling inserts shift around. The shorts work great, kept me cool for about 40-50 minutes in hot weather going hard. Can't believe I left them at home. This shirt is new, a response to criticism about the sleeves. They've got a cold recharging system that weighs a few ounces and fits into the pocket of my camelback. Very clever stuff. The inserts phase change around 50F so they can be refrozen with ice, and don't cause vasoconstriction. Unlike most kickstarter programs they're pretty much ready to go. Everything is made in the US so their turns are quick, and they sell to military, so US manufacturing is a big deal.

Can't even feel them. I just feel oddly cool when I start, kind of cool inside, and then notice I don't get thirsty or drymouth until the phase change packet is completely thawed--about 40 minutes.
