regarding the shoulder video #3, the PT suggests not lifting upper arm above shoulder level.  I can't picture how this could be accomplished, if incorporating Dave Kalama's video suggestions to "stack the shoulders".
Also, if upper arm/hand is not raised above shoulder, how can one get any sort of reach?

Not raising your hand above your shoulder is a pretty big deal for me, given that my shoulders are trash. It's pretty easy to stack your shoulders without getting your hand above the shoulder line. Reach comes from twisting your upper body towards the nose and getting your lower hand out as far as possible.
Foote 10'4X34", SIC 17.5 V1 hollow and an EPS one in Hood River. Foote 9'0" x 31", L41 8'8", 18' Speedboard, etc. etc.

Ahhhh. Thanks. Will try it.
Maybe my paddle is too long also (82" for 6'=handle at wrist level with arms raised above head)

Kalama suggested thinking of a soft punch with the lower hand to fully extend it..
