Imperfections / Asymmetries in production boards?

Have any of y'all had experiences with production boards coming with manufacturing screw-ups like a finbox noticeably off-center or a crooked nose or something?

Are there any big differences among brands with regards to quality assurance / quality check errors like that?

Just wondering.
