input wanted on lining out a suitable long term paddleboard set up-tall guy

So i went and bought one of these at Dicks for my gf to ride along side me with. I was excited to try it myself to see how stable it would be.

We were both very unimpressed.  When I stood on it the middle of the board sagged down under water and it felt like the whole board was under water. She said that it was a lot more work to move than my board was. We took the board back after trying it out for an hour and a half.

Ohhhh, that's a squishy top Lifetime board. I have seen those. Sports Authority and Dicks no less.

So i took the Bote HD out for a few hours today and I'm thoroughly impressed. I really like the structure they give you on that board too. The holes and mounting point for gear and racks are awesome.  I did hear someone on here say that they had quality issues. I can see it on tbe actual fit and finish to some extent, but they look like  ery well made boards with just a little bit sloppy grip placement and some of the masking didn't keep the paint from bleeding over some of the lines. I'm not worried about that really.

Does anyone offer a board of similar type engineering and construction?  I like the Rackham model from my research so far.
