Vibrating rack straps

Several times I've commented that my untwisted straps didn't vibrate.  Some of you probably thought my hearing must be bad.
Last week I sold my truck.  Currently I'm driving a rental compact car.
My hearing is just fine.  The untwisted straps straps on the compact car make a lot of noise.
Next time, I'll put the twist in.

Definitely need the twist.  I've heard raft guides say that for years.
