Happy Spliff Day. Oregon joins the other states that have come to their senses and decided to stop wasting resources and lives trying to stop people from doing something relatively harmless. I don't generally post my political leanings other than to hint at them, but I'm slightly to the right of anyone else you know, meaning I'm not excited about governments enforcing someone else's notion of morality, which seems to change daily anyway. So I'm celebrating. Not in any relevant way--I have to haul a 32 foot trailer to Auburn Washington today. But here's a coffee toast to some hopeful rationality in governance if not government.

pb--i admit to a bit of surprise that the law allows one to possess 8 oz! that's a lifetime supply of the very potent strains circulating these days.

i guess we can keep a few cases of scotch around too, so nbd.
