We also cross shipping channels which is not permitted in a non powered craft unless you have a support boat. So we have a few boat guys we use who have all grown up in the area and know it well and most importantly are at ease in big conditions.

In the ocean everything is fine until it's not. And when it's not, things can get out of control real fast.
